Whitby Castle Wedding/Rye, NY {Amber & Rob}

Meeting Amber and Rob has been such a joy. From the very beginning they were so great, so easy going and so much fun. At their engagement session we had a blast and talking to them came so easily.

Amber and Rob were married at Whitby Castle in Rye, New York. Leading up to their wedding day we had been keeping a very close eye on the weather- forecasts were calling for a lot of rain. We got SO lucky! It rained a little bit in the morning and as if right on cue, the fog came out and we walked through some woods to get some amazing shots with the fog engulfing them. Amber was such a trooper!

Wait until you see their awesome first look that naturally left me in tears. It is quite possibly the best reaction from a groom and Amber’s smile screams happiness.

Rob is obsessed with goldfish (who doesn’t love them though?!), so Amber and Rob of course filled their bar top with a variety of goldfish and also their favorite beer from the wonderful Equilibrium Brewery! I loved this simple touch-remember to always include a few of your favorite treats on your special day!

To Amber and Rob-congratulations as you start your journey as a married couple, thank you for allowing me to capture these special moments for you.
